Stephen joined us in March 1992 as a Trainee Building Surveyor. He attended Salford University obtaining his BSc Honours Degree in Building Surveying in 1998. Five years on in 2003, Stephen gained RICS Chartered Status.
In 2008, Stephen become a Shareholder and Director of the company using his wealth of experience and enthusiasm for surveying to help guide and drive the company forward.
Stephen has vast experience in all areas of surveying offered by Cordingleys.
Andrew joined us in July 1990 as a Trainee Building Surveyor. He attended the University of Central Lancashire obtaining his BSc Honours Degree in Building Surveying in 1996. In 1998, Andrew gained RICS Chartered Building Surveyor Status and is now a highly experienced Building Surveyor.
Andrew was appointed a Shareholder and Director of the company in 2008, since which time he has played a significant role in steering the company to its current position. He provides a highly professional service to our clients, ensuring that in his pivotal position he will be integral in helping Cordingleys grow from strength to strength.
